| LICENSING & CERTIFICATION - Fabrics must meet stringent certification and licensing requirements from INVISTA to carry the Avora® FR trademark. Fabric flammability tests are carried out by nationally recognized independent labs. Before trademark use is authorized the following must be completed:
- Licensing agreements signed with all greige fabric suppliers and converters, outlining Avora FR trademark requirements.
- Greige fabric suppliers submit FR test report, fabric sample and fabric data sheet to INVISTA for review/approval.
- Converters submit FR test report on final finished (printed, dyed fabric samples) to INVISTA for review/approval.
- All data is filed in database and cross-checked.
- Written documentation is sent from INVISTA granting use of Avora FR, AvoraPlus FR or Avora FR Blend trademark on approved styles.
