The Avora® FR Blend name and logo can be used under a licensing agreement for those fabrics that comply with the following: must contain at least 45% Avora FR yarns; cannot contain any other FR fiber/yarn; must meet appropriate flammability regulations for the intended end use, meeting NFPA 701-1999 as a minimum.

Trademark licensing agreements are required in order to use the Avora FR trade names/trademarks. Licensing agreements are issued by INVISTA upon review of product application and customer commitment. Fabric testing and certification are required by INVISTA to help insure proper use of the product and the Avora FR trade name. Fabrics containing Avora FR yarns should be labeled appropriately to reflect Avora FR content and corresponding Avora FR trade names and logos can be used under permission granted via the licensing agreements.
